Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, is convinced that the system of regional development, economical foundations of the regions, relations between the authorities and the public, reliance on the authorities depend on the unity of local authorities .
A.Yatseniuk also stated that Vinnytsia region has a developed agricultural complex, and should be the leader in formation of the policy in the Ukrainian agriculture.
A.Yatseniuk also deems necessary to introduce new approaches to the formation of rural infrastructure, attraction of investors, and development of agricultural business.
